Why oxygen absorption is important to the body?

At many times these can result in the tissue and cell death if they are not treated properly. If the body is absorbing a greater concentration of oxygen, it can result in the increase of both concentration and pressure of oxygen which can make the hemoglobin and blood plasma more saturated with the presence of oxygen.
In addition to this, the red blood cells can be made more flexible and will also more efficient in getting to the tissues which are oxygen starved. This can result in the shorter healing time which can enable the athlete to perform in his/her full capability in a relatively shorter time. Besides its healing abilities, the high absorption of oxygen can result in the increase of endurance and can considerably reduce fatigue.
